Xerox Phaser 6200 driver OSX 10.7?

I've been waiting for Xerox to release a Lion compatible driver for my printer before upgrading to Lion.

Their latest compatibility chart shows the Phaser 6200 as unsupported in OSX 10.7.

Is there perhaps a third party driver that will work in this situation?

My current options seem to be to buy a new printer, or continue waiting for Xerox....

I tried to add my Xerox Phaser 6200 by adding it in the default "add printer" box, but the Printer does not come up and I don't see any way to add it manually. I click on the + to add the printer, but get no options to add. I have downloaded Xerox's driver, but don't know how to get the printer to show in the add printer box. Any help would be SO appreciated.

Have you tried the Xerox drivers?

It's a Postscript printer, so just needs a PPD file to provide the options (such as two-sided printing) to the Apple Postscript driver.

I have an even older Pahser 850DP and it works fine with Lion using the PPD files from the Xerox site.
