MAC OSX lion server virus or not?

According to Facebook my mac OSx Lion server has a virus or malware, what can I do to detect it, I run the antivirus and supposedley I don't have any malware or virus. I don't trust this so, what can I do to make sure I don't have anything?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Facebook does not scan your computer for viruses. Whatever you are seeing is most likely a "scare ad" to convince you to buy someone's anti-virus software or to try and convince you to download their malware application to "fix" your problem.
