The power cable broke inside and i would like to be able to recover all my computer information . The Powerbook G4 is totally dead without power since the power cable broke inside. Any advise about retrieving all my computer info or any idea about how to repair it?

You don't say what model G4 PB you have. This site http://www.ifixit.com/Browse/PowerBook has step-by-step removal/repair instructions.
To retrieve the files on the HD, remove the HD from the PB. Get one of these adapters http://tinyurl.com/3ovz2kh , connect the HD & plug the USB cable into another Mac.
