Q: My iTunes says "cannot connect to iTunes Store" and I cant figure out why

Your country may have restriction on what you can purchase from the iTune Store.

Young, we are in the same boat

I had the same trouble but I restored my iPad and then connected it and it worked like a charm. I did have to resync everything though.
