Delete that file. Then ask yourself from where you obtained it in the first place.
What is a 'decompression bomb?'

Thanks.
I own a Windows PC, I recently had a mac and I've neverd ownloaded anything, I connected a USB ONLY.
I detect that file as well as 8 other files. "tar" as "testtar.tar" in "Phyton2.6".
I am a little 'inexperienced with Mac OSX, I'm sorry.
What could have been on the item you connected via USB?

Using a USB stick or drive, does not prevent from getting malware in your computer.
It does limit the risks a lot because you control what you put on the disk.
But the files that are on that USB disk probably came from someone else's computer.
That's where you can get bad files or malware from. The Internet is not the only place.
But the risks to Macs are very limited.
Formatting the OS with the CD, I'd have some ability to removeany malware-notice?
Eric makes a very good point.
What was the source of that CD (if it was a CD)?

Apple does not publish software on CDs. What were you trying to do?
I did not know, I can do to remove it?
Please answer my previous questions.
There is a CD with Mac OSX Leopard in stores?
Leopard came on a dual-layer DVD. If this is a CD where did you get it? And what is on it?
