ipod stolen
well my cuzin got his nano stolen is there a way to notify apple about this just in cases some one says send it in for service

You can find more information at iPod - Service FAQ. I would tell him to talk to his insurance company or to the place where it was stolen.

PS I don't think they will replace a iPod; you might want to fill out a police report.
