ok so i wanted to update my phone...so i backed it up yada yada and it began to do so, after completlting the update it reboots and says "restoring iphone music and videos" but doesnt seem to ever finish. everything else is in tack but if i try to just acces anything via itunes on my phone it just brings me back to the "continue restore" screen 😟

i assumed you started the restore process, followed the prompts from your iphone, used icloud to restore your backed up then went to bed..letting the sync process go throught the motion?
i actually stayed up almost all night with it, glad i did cuz it asked for my backup password finally, but after all that it got to the music part. it just stayed on the loading bar for literally 2 hours and then i went to sleep assuming it was just taking forever! when i woke up it was still doing that and hadnt moved. i i checked to see if everything else was there and thought id just resync the music but it doesnt work that way cuz its reading as if the restore isnt finished!

ok one thing you can try is restore your phone and restore from back up and redo the sync process. I have had that happen to me a couple times as well. it worked to do a reboot. I have a problem now with all my songs not syncing. it doesnt even get stuck during a sync process but if you go under the music section on my iphone u see the songs greyed out. but thats another issue. see how your process goes and go from there.
