I want to capture the phone numbers of incoming calls. There seems to be know way to even copy and paste them. I know the must be a simple solution, what is it?

Phone>Recents...they are listed here.
You can go to Phone>Recent - That will display your call history
To capture this you can Press the home button and the power button on your device - just a click -and it will flash and if you check your camera roll it will have a screen shot.
Thanks, I am aware of the Recents display but found when I tapped on the number it would immediately start dialing it back. i just found elsewhere the info about the blue arrow on the far right of the number. There I found the option to save the number.
