If you want to purchase items from the U.S. iTunes store, you will need a credit card with a valid US billing address tied to a U.S. iTunes account. You may also need to be physically present in the U.S. for the transaction to complete.

In other words, if you want to buy from the US store, you will have to move to the US.

I need help i used my credit card and it keeps saying the same thing over and over i just want my first app and i dont have any WHAT DO I DOO???

That is a violation of the terms of service of the itunes store. They can permanently cancel your account for doing this.

The itunes store will not help you as there is no problem.

You are NOT allowed to use the itunes store of other countries.

Currently my phone being an unexplained error. It constantly searching signals and occasional services lost Modem, IMEI. I have contacted many places fix but not receive repair services because this error is very difficult to overcome.
