I am using a usb power bar hub and have attached external hard drives to it. For some reason the computer doesn't see them. It does when connected directly to the back of the computer. What's going on?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)
Get a Self-Powered Hub, your drives are using more power than the USB bus can supply.
