unable to restore ipad

Having the same issue.

I created a back up file before updating iOS to the latest version,.

The iPad says ''Restore Complete'' then I disconnect the iPad and the screen says: ''Hello, please select your language'', then ''Set up as new iPad'' ''Restore from iCloud'' and ''Restore from iTunes Backup. I keep getting stuck in this cycle after trying to restore.

Already tried using Recovery Mode and the issue persists.

If I try to setup the iPad as New, it works just fine. The problem begins when I try to restore from the backup file.

Maybe a corrupted Backup File? Please help.
