Q: Itunes 10.5.3 hang or freeze

After upgrading itunes to 10.5.3.3, when open itunes it always freeze or hang. Even i unistall/installing, reboot pc the problem still arise...it jus hang/freeze. Pls can anybody help me on this. Thank youi in advance.
