There seems to be a problem importing canon RAW files to the new iPad. I get ! Each time. So the iPad recognizes the files and shows them but refuses to import them. Canon 7d, directly via USB camera connect and lightning adaptor to iPad 4. This was a major reason for my upgrade from the original iPad so I am very disappointed that I still cannot view my photos!,

Does the camera have an sd card? Try importing directly from the card with the sd card reader adaptor, will probably have to purchase if you don't already own it.
