Im trying to install vecterwork 2008 in to my imac osx 10.7 but i get this mass. {You can't open the application VectorWorks because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.} what do I needs to fix it

Get an upgraded version of the software that runs on intel. Unfortunately that's about it. Apple removed Rosetta from Lion so you can no longer run PPC applications.
If the upgrade costs more than a couple of hundred dollars, it may be cheaper to run Mac OS X Server 10.5 or 10.6 in emulation through a product such as VirtualBox.

VectorWorks 2012 without any of the add-on packages costs in excess of $2k. That's partly why Lion svcks so much.
VMWare Fusion 3 or 4 can also run Mac OS X 10.6 as a Server OS (with a bit of persuasion, google it) and Rosetta for PPC applications. VMWare Fusion 4 costs about £30.
I have version 9.5 of Vectorworks and since my upgrade to lion have not been able to use since. But my uncle had version 12 and he tried to install on my computer and came up with the same (no longer supported)
Not sure why that would be the case.
Run most PPC apps in Snow Leopard Server installed into Parallels for use in Lion or Mt. Lion:
