Jan 27, 2012 1:50 PM in response to ZEO5520by marianfromspringwood,Seeing you have done a reset and restored all your devices maybe try turning of your router for a few minutes and let it reset and see if that helps.

Jan 30, 2012 12:07 PM in response to marianfromspringwoodby ZEO5520,I tried that as well and also tried FaceTime from different locations like friends' houses, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc...and no go.
Paulcd: I know well enough how FaceTime works and what are the requirements.

Jan 30, 2012 12:12 PM in response to ZEO5520by paulcb,Did you also note the Troubleshooting steps near the bottom of the link I provided. You asked for help, I provided the most pertinent info based upon your OP, which only said "but afterwards it never worked"... that's not exactly a lot to go on.

???
Have you ensured Settings > FaceTime is set up correctly?
And you are trying to connect using that AppleID?

Jan 30, 2012 4:51 PM in response to Chris CAby ZEO5520,We both have our own Me.com addresses from when it was MobileMe and yes we have made the transfer to iCloud etc etc., all the devices have FaceTime turned on with their individual Apple ID.
Every time we try to FaceTime it goes through and says "Connecting" but then it's says call failed or this individual is not abailable for FaceTime or whatever. Somehow I was able to FaceTime with my girlfriend's sister between my iPhone and her iPod touch which they both share the same wifi, though at time it still doesn't work.
