Q: FaceTime

I'm getting tired to of asking this question with no answer to it but why can't I FaceTime with my girlfriend? She uses an iPod touch 4 generation (obviously) and I use an iPhone4s and iPad 2 all devices running iOS 5.0.1 and on wifi. Two weeks it was working perfectly but afterwards it never worked, we have already reset and or restored all devices to factory settings but to no avail. Any help would be helpful, I love apple till death but issue is ridiculous.

Seeing you have done a reset and restored all your devices maybe try turning of your router for a few minutes and let it reset and see if that helps.

I tried that as well and also tried FaceTime from different locations like friends' houses, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc...and no go.

Paulcd: I know well enough how FaceTime works and what are the requirements.

Did you also note the Troubleshooting steps near the bottom of the link I provided.  You asked for help, I provided the most pertinent info based upon your OP, which only said "but afterwards it never worked"... that's not exactly a lot to go on.

    ???

Have you ensured Settings > FaceTime is set up correctly?

And you are trying to connect using that AppleID?

We both have our own Me.com addresses from when it was MobileMe and yes we have made the transfer to iCloud etc etc., all the devices have FaceTime turned on with their individual Apple ID.

Every time we try to FaceTime it goes through and says "Connecting" but then it's says call failed or this individual is not abailable for FaceTime or whatever. Somehow I was able to FaceTime with my girlfriend's sister between my iPhone and her iPod touch which they both share the same wifi, though at time it still doesn't work.
