I had my I phone for around 2 weeks and used the txt function a lot.
Suddenly one day, half way through txting, my I phone started saying the predicted word.
I had not pressed any button that im aware of to make this happen and now cant turn it off.

Probably VoiceOver. Triple-click the Home button to turn it off.
Go into Settings > General > Accessibility to disable it.
Also, look toward the bottom and setup Triple-click Home as desired.

You've inadvertently enabled Speak Auto-text. Got to Settings>General>Acccessibility>Speak Auto-text>OFF

How do I turn off the voice on my iPhone 6+ when I text
I have tried everything suggested to turn off my text to speech had it is still doing it. Can someone please please help me?
For the iPhone 6S, there is another place to check, a little different. It drove me nuts when it started correcting EVERY misspelled word I type, lol.

3. Accessibility
4. Vision
5. Speech*** at the bottom of the screen is where you can click Speak Auto-Text back off!***
