Q: How to get internet with iBook G3, iPhone 4 ( iOS5 ) and iTunes 9.2.1 ?

The last, best iBook G3 is eight years old.

At some point, if you want to use the latest and greatest devices and applications, you need to upgrade your computer. That point in time has come.

If you want to buy a used Mac, I would recommend that you not buy anything earlier than a MacBook with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. Also, always make sure that the original system discs are included in your purchase, along with the Install disc for the version of the operating system which is currently installed on it (if newer than that on the original system discs).

What is the hard drive capacity and how much space remains available on it?

How are you wanting to connect to the internet? Wirelessly or via Ethernet? Cable or DSL or via a dial-up service?

As for the iPhone 4, syncing with iTunes on a Mac requires Mac OS X v10.5.8 or later. Mac OS X 10.5 requires a minimum 867 MHz PowerPC G4 processor.

An iBook G3 can't use Mac OS X 10.5, so the iPhone absolutely cannot sync with the iBook G3. That is not possible.

You shouldn't need a wifi dongle. An AirPort Extreme Card (802.11g) will work in the iBook (if it doesn't already have one installed).

Scratch that AirPort Extreme Card. I was thinking for an iBook G4. An iBook G3 takes the original AirPort Card (802.11b). It looks like this:
