iTunes error -3150

I am getting a recurring error of -3150 'network connection cannot be made' when I try to download something from the store. I am lost as to what can be causing it or where to begin looking. I have looked over all of the apple support docs and can't seem to find an answer. I have noticed that if I use my neighbor's open wifi signal, I do not have a problem downloading. I am thinking it is something in my network. Any ideas as to what I should be looking for on my network? Thanks in advance.

I am running the latest version of iTunes on OS 10.7.2 on a Macbook Pro.

If you have anti virus software installed, disable that.

Try turning off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy

Try turning the router off for a few minutes to allow it to recycle then turn it back on.

And try this support article > Can't connect to the iTunes Store
