the games apps in my IPAD2 won't open and i can't even download it says regarding my id...what is wrong with my IPAD

i am having problem with my IPAD2...i can't open the games or the apps i've downloaded here...what is wrong and what shall i do so i can open it again because some of my games here are paid apps...please help me...thanks and GOD bless.

iPad 2, iOS 5.0.1, 16gig
