Hi guys, how can I sign in to Game Center? Is it free to create an account on Game Center? And When I use Game Center, do I need to pay everytime I would play a game on Game Center? And when the game I've downloaded says free, does it mean that it is completely free? Or do I have to pay for everytime I would play the game?

There are many free games available that you can try And then you can upgrade to the paid version. Many games are a one time only charge to purchase the game - but some games have a number of in app purchase that you have to pay for each time that you buy the in app item. Just read the game descriptions carefully, the in app purchases are listed in the descriptions in the app store details page of the game.
