Need Help with FCPX

I am having some of my videos where scenes that get stuck and keep repeating thru my videos, if someone can help me and email me jason.spielman83@yahoo.com I would greatly appreciate if anyone has had issues with this....The problem only happens after I export the video. The video looks fine in the timeline before exporting.

Things I've tried that did not work:

I optimized the footage

I opened a new project and copy and pasted the timeline into the new project

I also tried opening up new project and imported the bad footage and fixed the scenes where it continues to get stuck and I keep running into the same issue...
