    Use the commumities search box in the upper right and search for: "load data class"

    Use the quote marks. You will get previous duscussions with the same error.

    Dear all:

     

    I had the same issue when upgrading to Itunes 10.5.3.3. even the Edit Preferences was freezing but what I did on My Windows 7 / 64 bit was just to reboot it and now this error does not show anymore nor the edit preferences does not freeze and I am able to sync now with no errors.
