Have apple addressed some of the initial issues raised when FCP X was released?

That is, there obviously a lot of negative press/blogs that seemed to come out when FCP X was released.  My question to FCP X users is, broadly speaking, have now Apple now addressed any/many of the issues?    i.e. just trying to get a feel for to what extent the bad press you read when googling "FCP X" has now been addressed....

Most of the bad press came from broadcast professionals who have a specialised method of working in teams, passing projects back and forth.

A few of the omissions applicable to them have been rectified but if you are a broadcast professional working with others, FCP X is probably not for you.

For most ordinary mortals it is an excellent app.

It's a bit like a family motorist asking a Formula 1 driver to recommend a car. The recommendation would most likely be quite unsuitable as they are both working to different criteria.

Good post, Ian - took the words out of my mouth.

FCPX is however still very buggy. Apple said the App Store approach allowed them to update FCPX more often but this hasn't really happened.

I have FCP X on Snow Leopard as well as Lion and I'm finding it far more stable on Snow Leopard.
