Remove table of contents
I'm trying to use iBooks Author to make a children's book (fiction), which of course wouldn't have a TOC. How do I remove this?

You're obligated to have a TOC as part of the basic, built-in navigation.

you can drag TOC parts off the page (to the side) so they do not apear on the page.
you will still have the thumbnails arcoss the bottem.
