Jan 28, 2012 3:36 PM in response to Tesseraxby matt58,Thanks. I've gone to system prefs. Added the printer. It shows it's there. When I attempt to print a word document, it acts like it's sending. But when I open the que, it's empty. Then when I click on the utility to pull up the printer list, it's blank.
