Hi when I go to open an app on my iPad it flashes to open then doesn't .I have updated the iPad, I have turned off then on to reboot but nothing works.any suggestions?

If you have just updated...
it could be an Apple ID authorization issue. Download and install any app that isn't already installed on your device to reset this information.
