Try unplugging your WiFi router for a few seconds. Then reset the iPad's network. Go to Settings-General-Reset-Reset Network Settings. You will need to reconnect the iPad to WiFi.

Thanks for the info. Connected to the network and haven't been kicked off for a while. "Choose a Network" still recycles (little ferris wheel) every 10 seconds...is that normal?

Try a Reset of your iPad... you will not lose any data or settings...
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
Just happened to me
Backup your iPad on icloud then under settings, general, reset, erase
Worked great for me
Thanks, tried that several times along with other suggestions. Does the little wheel after "Choose a Network" in wi-fi settings continue to recycle every 10 seconds? I didn't notice that it did that before.
I'm staying on the network but it seems to be searching constantly.

The "wheel" appearing every 10 seconds in Setting > WiFi is completely normal. The iPad Is simply updating its list of possible networks every 10 seconds. This is standard practice; the Mac does this too.
Thanks for the info.
Thanks. I probably wasn't paying attention to the wheel before. It was just apparent after I started having connection problems.
Tried another reset. Things appear to be good....will reserve judgement for a while. Thanks for your assistance and expertise.

Actually the same here... now i notice it on everything... iPhone... Airport...etc...😁
Thanks for the information. I backed up the Ipad on Icloud but am hesitant to do the reset, erase thing. What could go wrong???? (sarcasm intended). I appreciate your help. Things seem to be operating smoothly at this point. Fingers crossed.
