In settings under wi-fi... "Choose a Network" continues to recycle sometimes kicking me off my network. What gives?

Try a Reset of your iPad... you will not lose any data or settings...

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Does the little wheel after "Choose a Network" in wi-fi settings continue to recycle every 10 seconds? I didn't notice that it did that before.

I'm staying on the network but it seems to be searching constantly.

The "wheel" appearing every 10 seconds in Setting > WiFi is completely normal. The iPad Is simply updating its list of possible networks every 10 seconds. This is standard practice; the Mac does this too.
