Q: Use TC as network drive

I have my 2 tb TC with my Windows PC and I Mac. How can I enable my TC as a network drive to share file between IMac and PC?

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.2

Thanks Niel ,
It sounds like that I need to install external hard disk with connecting TC if I want to enable network hard drive. Am I correct?
Can I simply use the on board 2 TB hard disk as network drive for sharing?
