Q: Red light in headphone jack and no sound from internal speakers.

Blowing into the headphone jack helped but the sound kept tripping on and off then i twisted some paper in the shape of a toothpick and stuck it in there, twisted it around, in and out then voila! The sound was back! Hope it stays this way, last time I went to the Apple store I was told they cannot do anything for my laptop bcos it is 5 years old, Apple no longer stock its parts, sadly. I thought that was silly but thats a story for another day! lol
