transfering purchases
when i try to transfer purchases made on my ipod touch some of my music will not transfer
iPod touch (4th generation)

Are you transfering using these instructions:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
It only works for iTunes purchases and you have to authorize the computer for all the accounts that purchased the items.
