how do I complain

I believe I have a lemon, and that I am a victim of unfortunate timing. When a product is mass produced there are bound to be a small number that are not perfect, not up to your quality measures. I believe I have the misfortune of having one of these. I feel like I’m taking my Macbook Pro in each month to have it fixed. It’s frustrating.


Now I’m being told that I have to pay $450-$500 for broken glass and in doing so; I could be paying for a defective display problem that should be covered under my warranty. ARGH!
