Hi for all i am from Russia, i know english not very good,i am sorry(

i have a big problem with my apple id, somebody hack my email and apple id(((( 😮 my Apple ID LSZL@MAIL.RU

i was here many times ago and i cant sign in here with my apple id, they want from me to create a new username and always said this message :

"An account utilizing this email address already exists. Only one account per email address is allowed on Apple Support Communities."

i restore my email and i tried to restore my Apple ID but i cant, they said that they sent me message to my email how to restore my account Apple ID but nothing come to my email, i tried 10 times and no message from apple to my email(((

so i tried to create a new account with the same my email and it ,to my surprise, CREATED... but all my purshased was dissapeared((((((((((( i had probably apps for amount 40 dollars(((( and i had a lot of scores in Game Center((((((((((((((((((( i had 3$ on my account.... now i dont have anything(((((((((((((((((((

in iTunes a have a lot of apps with my email( but in app store there are no purshased, nothing(((((((( 😟

Can Apple restore all my Apple ID with my purshased and Game Center? Please HELP me with this problem(((((((((((( I will be eternally grateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for all who can help me!!!!!!!!! again sorry for my english(
