Can't connect to iTune Store

I am no longer able to coneect to the iTune Store. I've followed all of the suggestions at the Support Center, but nothing works. Here's a screen print showing the problem:


Error messages I have received:

iTunes could not connect to the itunes store. The network connection timed out.


We could not complete your itune store. The request timed-out. There was an error in the itunes store. Please try again later.


The relevant content from the Diagnostics is as follows:

Firewall Information


Windows Firewall is on.

iTunes is NOT enabled in Windows Firewall.


Connection attempt to Apple web site was successful.

Connection attempt to browsing iTunes Store was successful.

Connection attempt to purchasing from iTunes Store was successful.

Connection attempt to iPhone activation server was unsuccessful.

An unknown error occurred (-9808).

Connection attempt to firmware update server was successful.

Connection attempt to Gracenote server was successful.

Last successful iTunes Store access was 2012-01-29 12:44:54.


Note: Windowns firewall is controlled by Norton Internet Security. I can't change any of the setting in the Windows Firewall.

Despite what diagnostics says, I was not able to connect to the iTunes Store on 1/29 or anytime for the past several weeks.
