How do I find contents of files on iPhone?
I'm looking for a way to search my iPhone by content like I could with my Treo Centro. Can anyone help me?

Thank you Allan. I checked out the link you posted, but I still don't see a way to search all fields in contacts. For instance, I'm looking for all contacts that contain the word Hawaii. Is there a way to do this?

I don't believe so.
I believe spotlight search, for contacts, is limited to first, last & company name. To search all fields requires a third-party app, like this:
