How to sync 3 devices with iCloud?

For ex I played a game and I pass some mission and this savegame will not sygn with other 2 devices! :(((

Why?

The games is jetpack, where is my water?, etc.!

When I play and pass a mission I want to sinc tis save game to other 2 devices!

I used the iCloud to make a backup but nothing didnt! :(((

The ONLY game can to sync with the iCloud is infinity blade 2!

Why the other games dont do this! ???????? :((((((
