I subscribed the Japanese Holiday Calendar (http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/calendars/japaneseholidaycalendar.html)
but I find a private event in this calendar.

The calendars on Apple's website were submitted by developers before November 2010. After this date Apple released the Mac App Store and stopped taking submissions for these calendars. You could ask Apple to remove the calendar from their website.
Also you make find better calendars to subscribe to elsewere on the web. I have found http://icalshare.com/ very useful.
