How do I use the Virtual keyboard?

Hello everybody,

I would like to know hot to use the virtual keyboard in Garage Band: When I open Garage Band and click on NEW PROJECT there is the virtual keyboard and I can play the virtual instrument with the keyboard of the mac but if i accidentally close it i can't open it anymore where do I have to click?
