burned reflections...

My iMac is a couple years old and I work on it daily so it rarely goes to the screen saver. Now I have a burn/reflection at the bottom of the screen that I can tell is the "dock" and can kind of see the icons. Same with some of the windows I normally have open. Is this fixable or...
