My caller ID showed this number 7748283686237. Does this mean private number?

If you google this, it is common Problem with mostly Sprint Iphone users. I'm hoping Apple can come out with a ringtone that is one beep, silent, or that can send a contact to voicemail. If they come up with the custom ringtone then we can save the number and assign it to go straight to voicemail or make it a silent ringer so we don't hear it or get woken up every time that private number calls us. They have over 400 views to this thread yet no resolution to the problem. I hope Apple can come up with something quickly.
