Non-Cloud-Based Whiteboard app?

Hi,

Is anyone aware of an iPad 2 app (paid or free) that does not require uploading lecture content to their servers? Every whiteboard app I have tried so far (all free ones though) requires that I upload the content I create to their servers.

I'd rather pay for a whiteboard app that does not require me to do that -- it should let me record, save and share my lecture content (audio synchronized with whiteboard writing/drawing) without having to upload my content to third-party servers.
