I just bought a new 4s. I configured it and I put in the details of my kpn acccount. I can send mails. But I do not receive mails. Only a few mails I receive strangely. I have been testing and looking for solutions, Sofar no answers.

Is the account a POP account?
If so and you are accessing the account with an email client on your computer, what is the account setting for removing messages from the server after being downloaded by the email client on your computer?

I used a pop account. My messages were removed from the server after downloading by my computer. I changed the setting and keep them now for 10 days. Now I receive emails both on my iphone and on my computer
