Evrytime i use facetime i hear a sound, but the ohter party can't hear it. I hear echo of my voice or even the tapping of my keyboards... it's like a feedback.

It's one of those issues that are a mysterious around here. Some people have it sometimes, all the time or never. I have never read of a fix.
It happens occasionally on my iPhone 4, and it is seriously annoying, but there isn't even a fix there.
the easiest ting is to use an ear bud or headphones, the echo is just the microphone hearing the speakers, seeing there is a fair amount of delay between the 2 computers, it souns like an echo. Using something that will shut the speakers off should resolve this issue
I have been experiecing the same problem as of late. The only echo is my voice and only on my end. My friend hears no echo from my voice at all through his Mac Mini. It echos with iPhone4 as well as Macbook Pro. It also echoes when I used headset on MacBook Pro. I did not try the headset on the iPhone4 though but my guess is that it would do the same. It didn't use to do this before mountain lion from what I can recall.
I recently had this same issue on my early 2014 MacBook Air and apple support was able to give me a working solution. I had to do an SMC reset to reset the firmware of the computer. To do an SMC reset, shut down the computer from the apple menu and make sure that the only thing plugged into the device is the power cord. While the computer is off, hold down the following four keys for 5 seconds: from the left side of the keyboard - shift, control, and option (alt); and the power key.
If the reset was successful, the computer will not boot up during this process. If it was unsuccessful, then it will boot. It worked for my computer, so I am not sure what you would do if the reset is unsuccessful.
