earthlink blocking mail from me.com

this has popped up in the last two days.

is anyone else experiencing this. happened to my sister in law, also,

Didd you try following the directions on the page linked in the message to ask them to un-block it?

Earthlink is notorious for this. They always have been.

yeah, their email response said they aren't blocking that IP address.

online chat said the "team is working on it."

Same thing is happening to me. Can't get any email through to my friend unless I use a secondary email account (gmail). I've followed their instructions and sent an email with "blocked 17.158.236.237" in the subject line but the problem persists. Very frustrating!
