my new macbook pro freezes and I can't use the pad to move the mouse.I have to force quit safari and reload.

I have a new MacBook Pro 15". I keep having a problem with it freezing up when using safari. I've called twice for help. I reset Safari,and also cleared cache. It still will freeze 1-10 times a day. It starts with the graphics enlarging then it freezes. I have to "force quit" safari,then go opn again. I'm beginning to think it is something with the pad . Help.......?
