Hi, the other day my iPhone 4s suddenly turned off and started to flash the silver apple logo. I tried to restore it, and when it goes to restore the software I get the message. Unable to restore iPhone, and unknown error has occured. Error 9. I have tried removing the sim, changed usb ports to no avail. Anything I can do besides getting a replacement?
