Applications messed up

Hi everyone,

im with a huge pb over here, and it's ****** me off so bad lol. When i tried to open some applications like iphoto, skype... It’s make it bug and i have got « iphoto must closed » or more and more it's all my macbook pro doesn't work at all. I cannot close the opened application, and force to close.

Someone get that yet ??? how to fix it?
