Q: using ITunes U store on iMac - only very small part of the courses is downloaded!

I am trying to download some courses via iTunes U Store on my iMac (both running on latest updates) but when i subscribe (hitting the "subscribe free" button) to the courses i get only a part of the material - mostly missing videos. What am I doing wrong?

On some of the courses that worked there was a button "download all" under "subscribe", but there isn't on the rest of the courses.

I tried to download the material one by one but then it doesn't merge with the main course, instead it shows as a different course in the library.

Same courses seem to be working on my iPad2 but I don't have enough space there to download all the videos.

Thank you!

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Currently courses do not sync correctly from iTunes on the desktop to your iOS device.  To experiences courses in iTunes U on iOS you should browse the catalog from within the app and subscribe directly from there.

You should really read the question before you answer.  Thiseas didn't ask about syncing courses to an iOS device.  The question was why, when subscribing to an iTunesU course through iTunes on a desktop, does it not get videos for the course.  I too have experienced this and can't understand why it is happening.  I also saw that the same course loads fine on my iPad2.

Would love to see a useful answer to this problem.

Wow, just say this was almost two years ago and I'm seeing this exact problem currently.
