Mar 20, 2015 2:31 PM in response to Tom Meade1by nmpops,I haven't tried handbrake yet. I've found that some movies I've converted to MP4 will sync to my iPad 2 and some just won't. Have no idea why.

Apr 4, 2015 1:48 PM in response to Caroline Gajevicby plutomedia,This may be too simple, but I just changed the suffixes on the files themselves from .mp4 to .m4v in the Finder and then easily imported them. They play just fine in iTunes -- so far.

Dec 21, 2015 10:10 AM in response to Caroline Gajevicby LuizaCRM,Try to click on your Iphone/Ipod icon on Itunes, find "movies", and synchronize the movie on your device. I think the film must be in the "downloads" folder.

Feb 22, 2016 10:33 AM in response to mrmonkey82by lov2go2bch,Thank you so much!! It was the "movie" title. Like you said it saves it to Home Video - just change it to Home Movies and right click the movie and "open" with itunes and it drops it in the play list.
thanks again for the info!!

Aug 27, 2016 7:46 PM in response to Caroline Gajevicby Redeye333,Had the same issue and it turns out the file was "tagged" as a TV Show so they were all moving to that area. More than likely they're being added somewhere in iTunes and you just have to find it. You can change the tag after it's imported in the file info (Right click the file - Get Info - Options).

Aug 31, 2016 8:42 AM in response to Caroline Gajevicby skee1515,I just went to my photos sync in itunes and added the video file to one of the photo folders that is selected to sync to the iphone. Then synced the phone and the video was auto added to my video folder in photos on the phone. Hope this helps...
