Need help migrating Lion Wiki to new Lion Server from Time Machine backups - For a server beginner

So I have a Lion server running on my mac mini that is backed up to time machine. In the time machine backup, I see the following files are being backed up (which I think should contain everything that I need for restoring the Wiki):

/Library/Server/Wiki/FileData

/Library/Server/PostgreSQL/Backup/dumpall.psql.gz

I am looking for some help in migrating these from the time machine backup to a separate machine running Lion Server, and restoring the wiki pages and files.
